Established in 1989, we have over 30 years Contracting experience in Commercial and Industrial Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Public Health Installations.
We are committed to providing a quality service to our Clients, backed up with a wealth of engineering expertise, both in the office and out on site.
We work closely with Clients, Main Contractors and the Professional Team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within Budget, and consequently have many satisfied customers who use our services on a regular basis.
We are based in Caterham, Surrey and undertake projects of various sizes, mainly within the M25 area and also including Surrey, Sussex and Kent, ranging from around £250K to approximately £1M, which all receive the same attention to detail; after all, each project is unique. We are experts in tailoring the clients requirements to set budgets; a solid value for money approach.
We are experienced in sectors including Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Leisure and Historical, and have carried out projects at The German School, Hampton School, Tiffin Boys School, The Natural History Museum, The Royal Marsden Hospital, The Macmillan Cancer Centre & The Royal Surrey County Hospital, to name but a few.

We aim to offer an unparalleled commitment to our clients, combining excellent service with the highest quality and standard of work at all times. We undertake to maintain the best levels of expertise, providing our staff with up to date training, especially with regards to health and safety. All our site personnel have CSCS cards and are led by our experienced SSSTS qualified Foremen, and we are proud to have nurtured apprentices over the years who are now an established part of our skilled site team. On site mentoring by senior foremen hones their skills and encourages them to develop an ethic of taking pride in their work.
Team Work
Teamwork is the key to any project and this is achieved with our office staff of experienced committed engineers, administration staff, an Estimator and in-house CAD personnel, skilled and well trained, directly employed site operatives, and a support network of specialist sub-contractors, many of whom we have worked regularly with over the years.
We also have close associations with a few similar sized and like-minded Electrical Contractors which enables us to undertake combined Mechanical and Electrical Projects where necessary.
